Groups

 The Four Agreements- coming in January 2012

 Based on the work of physician and Toltec Shaman Miguel Ruiz, this group will explore the true meaning of “don’t take anything personally, Don’t assume anything, Always do your best, and Be Impeccable with your word. While on the surface appearing to be simple steps, they are complex and challenging. However, those who have embraced the philosophy experience less stress in their relationships and a greater sense of peace.

 6 sessions. dates/times chosen based on the availability of the group. 90 minutes per session. $65.00 per session. $350. when paid in advance or at first session.

 Healing through Connection- 2 different sessions

OMG ( Overwhelmed Mommy Group)Women Under 40: Tuesdays, Monthly, 5:30-7:30 pm (filled-call to be added to waiting list)

For women working to balance the pressures of caring for  young children, career and family responsibilites while struggling to carve out time for themselves.

Women in Midlife: Monthly, Monday, 5:30 pm-7:30 pm (openings in January)

Topics discussed include (but are not limited to) self-esteem, aging, parenting, self reliance, assertiveness, relationships, and careers. We frequently use books, poetry or film as part of the group experience. This group is appropriate for any woman interested in self growth, struggling to find balance and looking for support.

Dealing with Divorce (openings in December)

Thursdays-5:30-7 PM.  Meets twice a month.

Designed to support all women who are experiencing divorce. In this group we will explore all aspects of the process including anger, depression, self-esteem, fear and letting go. The format includes information sharing, education and support. The goal is to facilitate insight and healing. The result is a more assertive, self-confident woman who feels empowered by her experience, not devastated by it. This group is appropriate for anyone considering or experiencing divorce.
